This network is unique in its ability to flawlessly combine regular social networking activities, business networking, gaming and advertising in one easy ready to use package.

To date, this social network has five hundred million regular active users; and more and more people are joining every day. Those individuals who log on every day and interact with others, play games, click on ads and so on are what we mean by ‘active users’.

Regardless of which market you are targeting, local or international, Facebook is the place to be!

Most Facebook users, approximately 70% are from countries form around the world; the other 30% are from the United States. An estimated 2.5 million private, government, nonprofit and commercial websites are directly linked to Facebook. This linkage provides a much speedier and convenient way to reach more people.

By simply clicking on the “Like” button, a person can become linked to a website or a Facebook Fan Page. This information instantly appears on the new subscribers own Facebook wall as well as on the walls of that person’s contacts. Facebook is the very definition of viral.

What about those who are always away from their home computers? Facebook has made sure this would not be a problem. This social network established a fast and very satisfactory extension to their site known as Facebook Mobile. It is so convenient that anyone with an internet connection and a cellular phone will still have access to Facebook; no matter where they are.

The device you choose isn’t important. Whether you use a Samsung, Nokia, iPhone, iPad or a Blackberry; they will all work just fine with Facebook Mobile. Simply log on to Facebook and then you are free to actively interact with friends and family; you can even play games on your mobile device if you wish.

Much work is still being done on the mobile version with improvements being made regularly. The main focus of these improvements involves allowing the mobile customer to have the freedom to use the applications available on the Facebook network.

The goal of Facebook Mobile is to create a totally different experience for the mobile user than that of the personal computer or laptop user.

The convenience factor is but one component of this very, very successful formula. As of today, more than two hundred and fifty million Facebook users log on to their accounts using Facebook Mobile.
